Refund policy

At Torqline, every item is made to order through our Print-On-Demand partners, including Printify. Because each product is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

We will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed.

✔ Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will resolve issues involving:

  • Print defects

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Quality issues caused by Printify

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Short description of the problem

❌ Non-Eligible Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Delays caused by shipping couriers

  • Items damaged due to wear and tear

Because Printify prints each item on demand, they do not allow returns unless the product has a clear production issue — therefore we follow the same policy.

📦 Wrong Address Policy

If the address was entered incorrectly at checkout, we cannot offer a refund. A new order will need to be placed.
